Leadership in God's Kingdom

Rob continues our series in 1 Timothy by focusing on what it means to lead in God's Kingdom - and in His church. Chapter 3:1-7 focus specifically on the role of an Elder in the church - the characteristics in this passage describe the fruit of an intentional and intimate connection to Jesus. Ultimately, this kind of leadership is sacrificial and countercultural - the identity of the individual is completely rooted in the character of - and relationship with - Jesus.
